When adding a new entry, you can specify the type of transaction, such as a treatment, product sale, expense, or extra income. Each entry is automatically linked to the selected day and added to the cash register overview, ensuring that your daily financial records are always accurate and up to date.

When registering a payment, you can also define how the amount was received. The system supports multiple payment methods, including cash, card payment, bank transfer, Stripe, and other. This allows you to accurately record payments exactly as they were received in real life.

In addition, a single payment can be split across multiple payment methods. For example, a €30 payment can be recorded as €20 by card and €10 in cash, or a combination of bank transfer and cash. The system automatically divides these amounts and correctly reflects them in the cash register overview.

All transactions are displayed in real time within the daily overview, including total income, expenses, net total, and number of transactions. This ensures you always have a clear and transparent view of your daily financial status.

The cash register must be opened before any transactions can be recorded. Once opened, all income and expenses are automatically tracked and stored within the system.
