Sending a newsletter

Explains step by step how to send a newsletter using Openbeauty.

To send a new newsletter, click on “Send newsletter email”, fill in the subject and content fields, and then select the target audience.

When the email is saved as a draft, it will appear in the list with the status “Draft”. Once the email has been sent, you can track the campaign based on the number of selected recipients.

Create Newsletter Email

Through the “Create Newsletter Email” screen, you can create a new newsletter and configure the content and sending settings.

  • Subject
    Enter the subject of your email here. This field is required and directly affects the email open rate.
  • Type
    Here you can choose the email type. By default, you can use the “Empty” option to create a blank template.
  • Body
    This is the editor where you prepare the content of the email. You can add text, adjust the font size (for example 16px), and edit the content.
  • Image
    The uploaded image will be displayed as a banner at the top of the mailing. This is commonly used for campaign visuals, announcements, or brand banners. For a professional appearance, it is recommended to use a high-resolution horizontal image.
  • Users / Destination
    Here you can select the target audience for the mailing. Specific user groups or segments can be selected.

If you would like to edit the email later, you can save it using “Save as draft”. When the newsletter is ready to be sent, click “Send newsletter email” to send it to the selected recipients. Use “Cancel” to cancel the process.
