Appointment Actions and Notifications

Mark appointments as confirmed, completed or cancelled.

Openbeauty enables quick actions on appointments. The following buttons are available on the appointment details screen:

Basic actions

  • Edit: Update appointment details.
  • Mark as Paid: Manually complete the payment status.
  • Activity: View appointment history and performed actions.
  • Cancel: End the appointment.
  • Delete: Permanently remove the appointment from the system.

Customer notifications

  • Notify Customer → Informational Email
    • Send pre- or post-appointment information emails.
  • Notify Customer → Feedback Email
    • Specially designed to send customer satisfaction emails after the appointment is completed.

Admin notifications

  • Send to Admin: Sends system notifications related to the appointment to administrators.

With this structure, you can easily manage payment tracking, customer communication, and process control from a single screen.
