Appointment Actions and Notifications
Mark appointments as confirmed, completed or cancelled.
Openbeauty enables quick actions on appointments. The following buttons are available on the appointment details screen:
Basic actions
- Edit: Update appointment details.
- Mark as Paid: Manually complete the payment status.
- Activity: View appointment history and performed actions.
- Cancel: End the appointment.
- Delete: Permanently remove the appointment from the system.
Customer notifications
- Notify Customer → Informational Email
- Send pre- or post-appointment information emails.
- Notify Customer → Feedback Email
- Specially designed to send customer satisfaction emails after the appointment is completed.
Admin notifications
- Send to Admin: Sends system notifications related to the appointment to administrators.
With this structure, you can easily manage payment tracking, customer communication, and process control from a single screen.
