Automatic confirmations & reminders
Reduce no-shows with email reminders sent automatically.
The Email Templates module is where all system-generated emails are managed. All automated emails such as appointment confirmations, order notifications, payment confirmations, cancellation emails, password resets, new account creation, booking reminders, newsletter campaigns, and similar communications can be edited from this module.

For each email template, the sending language (Locale) can be selected and the relevant template can be customized. The Title field is used as the email subject line.

The Content field defines the email body, while the Footer field is used for the fixed text displayed at the bottom of the email (such as address, contact details, legal text, etc.).
Thanks to dynamic parameters, email content can be automatically updated. For example:
- {company} → Company name
- {logo} → Logo
- {email} → Email address
- {phone} → Phone number
- {address} → Address
- {copyright} → Copyright text
- {year} → Current year

To use these parameters, simply copy and paste them into the Content or Footer field. When used, values are automatically pulled from General Settings, ensuring that updates (such as phone number changes) are reflected across all templates automatically.
Email design can also be customized using Background Color and Button Color options to match the brand identity. This module ensures all automated email communication is managed from one central place, maintaining consistency and brand alignment.

Email sending is controlled via Status (On / Off). When activated, emails are automatically sent when the related action occurs.

With Notify Customer and Notify Admin, you can define whether emails are sent to the customer, admin, or both. When Send to Admin is enabled, a copy is sent to the configured Admin Email. An Alternative Admin Email can also be added.
