Openbeauty supports not only physical appointments but also online appointments conducted via video calls. To create an online appointment, simply enable the “Online” option when adding a service. Once the appointment is created, the system automatically generates a meeting link (such as Google Meet or Zoom).

To create an online appointment, follow these steps:

• Make sure the online service is added to the service price list.
• Go to Appointments → New Appointment in the menu.
• Select an existing customer or add a new one.
• Choose the staff member and set the date and time.
• Enable the Online option and select the relevant service.
• The system will automatically generate or assign a meeting link.
• Click Save to create the appointment.
