1. What is the Google Calendar integration?

The Google Calendar integration allows you to sync the occupied hours from your employees’ personal Google Calendars with the Openbeauty appointment system. Thanks to this integration, for example, if an employee has a doctor’s appointment or another personal event on a specific day, they can mark these hours in their Google Calendar. These time slots are then automatically blocked in the system, preventing double bookings.

This integration is one-way:

• Google Calendar → Openbeauty
• No appointments from Openbeauty are sent to Google Calendar.

2. How does the integration work?

1- The employee connects their Google Calendar account via the Openbeauty panel.

2- Events created in the employee’s Google Calendar are automatically detected.

3- The corresponding time slots are marked as busy in the appointment system.

4- No new appointments can be scheduled during these time slots.

In this way, employees’ personal schedules remain continuously synchronized with the appointment system.
